At North Battleford Hyundai, we're taking important precautions to ensure the safety of our customers, staff, and community. As an essential service in a landscape such as ours, we know how important it is to have a safe and reliable vehicle. Changes we're making at our dealership include:
Touchless test drives: We will bring your ideal vehicle to you, sanitized, clean the keys, drop them off on your doorstep, and wait while you test drive the vehicle. We will be minimizing contact points with sprays, wipes, and covers between ourselves, our customers, and the vehicles. After the test drive is complete, we'll re-clean the keys and return it to the dealership to be sanitized.
Digital signatures: If your test drive is the ideal match for you, we've set up e-signing for purchase documents. This will allow you to sign remotely without needing to visit our dealership. If you're not comfortable with digital signatures, we can also have a member of our team deliver the documents to you, without needing to be in the same room.
Mobile service: Just because the world is hitting pause doesn't mean that all of our drivers are. If you're an essential worker driving to and from work, a family needing to get out while staying safe, or anyone else: a safe vehicle is important. To facilitate safe and secure repairs, we have (prior to the pandemic) mobile service available. We will pick up your vehicle, minimizing contact points with sprays, wipes, and covers, clean it, complete your repairs, and return it to you sanitized and road-ready. Payment can be arranged via phone or digitally.
Loaner vehicles & shuttles: Our shuttle will not be operating to ensure the safety and social distancing of our staff and customers. Loaner vehicles (if applicable) will be properly cleaned and sanitized for your safety.
Staff safety: We have taken measures to ensure the safety of our staff with adjusted in-house protocols and decreased staff on premises at any given time to ensure proper distance rules are adhered to. Any staff who are experiencing symptoms of illness are asked to remain at home in isolation away from the dealership, following guidance from the World Health Organization.
In-person communications: While we are still open, we are ensuring that our staff and customers remain at an appropriate distance. We're handshake and hug kind of people, but, for now, that's on hold for everyone's safety. You'll still be greeted by the warm and friendly faces of North Battleford Hyundai, just without the handshake, hug, or high-five.
