Vehicle Detail Professional

We are seeking a meticulous and skilled Vehicle Detail Professional to join our dynamic team at North Battleford Hyundai. As a key member of our dealership, you will be responsible for ensuring that all vehicles meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation before being showcased to our customers.

Responsibilities:

1. Thoroughly clean and detail both the interior and exterior of vehicles to meet dealership standards.

2. Perform paint correction, polishing, and waxing to enhance vehicle appearance.

3. Inspect vehicles for any cosmetic imperfections and coordinate with the service department for necessary repairs.

4. Maintain and organize detailing supplies, ensuring proper inventory levels.

5. Collaborate with the Service Manager to prioritize vehicles for detailing based on customer demand.

6. Uphold dealership policies and procedures related to vehicle preparation and presentation.

7. Utilize cleaning equipment and chemicals in a safe and efficient manner.

8. Attend training sessions to stay updated on industry best practices and new detailing techniques.

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience in automotive detailing preferred.

2. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

3. Ability to work efficiently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

4. Knowledge of various detailing products, equipment, and techniques.

5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

6. Physical stamina and ability to perform detailing tasks, including bending, stooping, and lifting.

7. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Automotive Service Manager

North Battleford Hyundai is looking for an Automotive Service Manager to join our fun loving, growing team. We are a down to earth, Ma and Pa kind of shop. Position

This is a leadership position, where your voice matters. You will have the ability to help grow the service team, and help make positive changes in the business.

You’ll lead the entire service team including service advisors, and technicians. There is access to ongoing, extensive training to help grow your portfolio of skills.

You will help train, and coach the service advisors to deliver white glove customer service and create repeat business.

Primary Responsibilities

Work with the General Manager on the development of operational strategies
Recruitment of new employees
Positively direct, coach, mentor, motivate, develop and support a successful service team
Support of other departments within the dealership
Monitor and promote effective sales processes with service advisors, and create enthusiasm to produce exceptional sales performance and growth
Develop sales objectives/forecasts for individual service advisor performance;
Comply with any WorkSafe requirements, and safety protocols

Job Type: Full-time
